My Weekend...
I had "the girls" over from Time-Out for Moms! We had a blast. We ordered pizzas, made taco salad, chocolate chip cookies, cupcakes, Special K bars, and ate like little piggies! After, stuffing our faces to the point of loosened belt buckles, we plopped down in front of the TV and watched a movie. Forgetting about the crappy weeks we had, the kids at home crying for mommy, and the 7am wake up calls we would get the next morning.
Saturday, I went up to my sisters and hung out. We had a good time. We went for dinner at a place called Happy's in Onamia. The burgers there are awesome! They have a fun little indoor playground too. The kids had so much fun. Of course, both of mine, cried the whole way to...the main road (due to not wanting to leave aunties)...where they clonked out!
Upon returning home, the King had returned from his Men's weekend. We put the kids to bed and hung out. I was exhausted and clonked out as soon as my head hit the pillow! He made it to Kindergarten in Billy Madison. LOL
Sunday, we taught at Sunday school and then headed to Applebee's for lunch. Mmmmm...good! Then, home to relax the rest of the day. Both kids napped and so did daddy and mommy! That NEVER happens!
