Baptism

Back in January, yep it's been a while since I posted pics, Jonathan came to us and asked if he could be baptized in water. 

Actually, it went more like this...
"Mom, well, dad, can I tell you something?"
"I'd like to get baptized next Sunday"
Mom, "Jonathan why would you like to be baptized?"
J, "It's the next step in my walk.  I want to be made new.  And I feel like God is telling me to do it."
Us "yep, you can be baptized!"

The following Sunday, our son was baptized.  Joined by family and friends, our son embarked on the next step in his Christian faith.
