I Chose Wisely

"If you choose to do A, there are consequences you will not like."  "If you choose B, there may be a reward."  "You can make the choice."  "You already made your choice."  "What do you choose?"  "Are you happy with your choice?"

And on. And on. And on. We go.  Us parents.  We drill choices in our kids.  Every. single. day.

What about us?  What choices are we making?  Are we choosing wisely?  Are we setting the example?

We have choices thrown at us daily. 

TV, Internet, school papers, party invites, friends, church, food, music, God, life, family. 

Choices. 

Stress, depression, employment, respect, love, honor, self-control, anger, hate, compassion, passion. 

Choices. 

Sin, grace, words, stay, leave, silence, rest, exercise, righteousness, holiness. 

Choices. 

Integrity, greed, purity, thankfulness, selfishness, giving, receiving, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness. 

Choices.

Today, I chose wisely!
