If I were so honest, it's been two weeks since I weighed-in (online).   I had gained in the past couple weeks and didn't want to keep posting that my weight was increasing.  I'm sure you understand.  So, I was back up to my June starting weight as of 4 days ago and now I'm below my last weigh in!  I'm quite pleased with myself. 

I'm still trying to watch what I eat, but now I'm training for a 5K via a Couch to 5K app on my phone!  I'm loving the workouts, er, I love how I feel after the workout.   I'm increasing my water intake and being mindful of chowing down the protein after my run (a slice of cheese and Greek yogurt are perfect).  The combination of all the above seems to be working! 

Improvement of any kind, I will take!

Great job keeping with it Jolene! I've been struggling for a few weeks now and am not too thrilled with that.

Hooray for starting the c25k program. Bug me on the morning of Sept 14 to remind me to go do w1d1. :)

Good for you getting back on the train! Seriously, it takes a lot of courage to get back to it after waivering. I'm right there with you! I completed the c25k just three months ago, and completed my first 5k race in June. It was hard, but it was awesome. Keep with it, you can do it!
