I'm not doing as well as I thought I would, but it's still coming off! 

Highest weight- March 2010- 292
ReStart weight- June 2011 - 271.8
Last week's weight - 268.8
Today's weight- 267.4
This week's total - 1.4 pounds
Grand total - 24.6 pounds

My goal this week is to up my H2O and stop the late night snacks.

Woo hoo! Yay for the scale moving DOWN.

I lost 2.4 this week for a total of 4.4 for the month so far. I have a LONG way to go but it will come off.

Zumba tonight for me!

I have been working on not having a snack before bedtime. It's hasn't proven easy when the mister is having rhubarb pie ala mode right next to me. I have been weak. :(

You should try Zumba if you havent already. If you do it 3 times a week, you will lose 1 pant size a month. I havent done that, but it is what my instructor says. She had a baby in Feb and has already lost around 60 pounds! I am going to try to do it 3 times a week starting this week...fingers crossed :)
