Back in the Saddle

I am back on the saddle of the weightloss pony!  Good news, I have maintained.  I purchased a scale, downloaded a points app on my phone, and enlisted my family.

What I am doing- Weight Watchers and exercise (biking with the kids, going for walks (nothing vigorous)).
Today's Weight - 271.8 (I figure if I put the number here like before, I'm more apt to see it decline)

Here's to a healthy summer!!!!

So glad you are doing weight watchers too! It will be nice to have the one person I spend the most time with outside of my family doing the same diet as me!!!! :)

Thanks for the encouragement ladies! Today, I went overboard at lunch (as in the whole day's points), but ate fruit and veggies for dinner. It felt great to not continue with the destruction of lunch!

Laura, I will definitely be hooking up with you for a walk or a Target trip SOON!!!! Next Thursday evening? Sarah too!
