My Parents (Day 4 of 30)

My Dad

My dad is a hard working, never sit still kind of guy.

My dad is retired now after driving semi over the road for 30 years.

He spends his days putsing around the yard, lying in his LayZBoy, and relaxing.

My Mom

My mom has spent 90% of her life in the kitchen.  She worked as a head cook in a few different restaraunts.  I remember my mom getting up at 2am and making my dad breakfast or dinner after or before he came home or left for work.

My mom spends her days caring for my niece and nephews, visiting her family, spoiling my kids, and cooking.

I thank God for the parents he gave me.
