Love (Day 3 of 30)

My First Love

I desire nothing more than to be able to tell you my dear husband, Aaron, is my first love.  However, I cannot.

My first love was a boy I had known since 9th grade.  We were best friends.  I asked him to my Senior Prom, you know, as friends.  He cancelled his prom date with someone else and we started dating.  We dated for three years.  It was wonderful young love and beautiful disaster. 

Shortly thereafter, I found my FIRST LOVE, Jesus Christ, Lord of my life!  I never knew a love like Jesus'.  His love is unconditional, everlasting, forgiving, beautiful, perfect!  And I love Him!

Shortly thereafter, I met my forever love, Aaron.  Today, Aaron is second to Jesus and that is all.
