Day 30 – LOVE BRINGS UNITY
Father, keep them in Your name, the name which You have given Me,
that they may be once even as We are. – John 17:11
ISOLATE ONE AREA OF DIVISION IN YOUR MARRIAGE, AND LOOK ON TODAY AS A FRESH OPPORTUNITY TO PRAY ABOUT IT. ASK THE LORD TO REVEAL ANYTHING IN YOUR OWN HEART THAT IS THREATENING ONENESS WITH YOUR SPOUSE. PRAY THAT HE WOULD DO THE SAME FOR THEM. AND IF APPROPRIATE, DISCUSS THIS MATTER OPENLY SEEKING GOD FOR UNITY.

Today's thoughts...
an area we are divided...
There are things that have come up in the past. Our biggest disagreements have been related to finances and child rearing. However, we quickly compromise and work towards agreements quite easily in these areas. Our biggest issues...bickering over the little things...and mostly...it's me! Don't tailgate. Turn left. What are you doing? where are you going? Did you finish the door? Why are you doing that? What are you looking at? Why didn't you do this or that? Why did you do that this way or that way? Constant nagging! It needs to stop. I need to bite my lip.
Lord, help me today to honor, respect, and lift Aaron up. Help me to bite my lip at all times. Guide me to cheer him on and help me remember we are on the same team! Amen.
