Happy 5th Birthday!!!!

 

My Sweet Princess Allie,

I am honestly in tears on this very special day.  This past year, you have changed more than any other.  The baby is gone (except when you climb on my lap and say, "mama, hold me like you did when I was a baby.") and I am left with an intelligent, loveable, beautiful, cuddly, still climbs in mama's bed, FIVE year old! 

This past year, you have learned multiple new things.  You can ride a two wheeler, read Bears on Wheels, write your name, add, subtract, color in the lines, draw flowers, draw your home, draw bows (the other girls at preschool ask you to draw bows on their animals and drawings too), comb your own hair, put your own pony tail in, clean your own room (even if it means shoving the mess into your closet), and much, much more!

Your favorite things are, your Air Bud movies,  being outside, reading the Bible, playing Barbies, playing with your babies, playing with your Little People, playing with Erika, and spending time with mama, daddy, and buddy.  Your very favorite things are drawing and coloring!

My favorite things about you are, your contageous smile, your laugh, your strawberry hair, your big blue eyes, your big hugs to give me energy in the morning, your kisses good night, your special hand shakes, your eagerness to learn more, and your ability to light up the darkest rooms! 

I love you, Allie!  I love you more than all the stars!  I love you nearly as much as Jesus!
