Five Question Friday

1. What Christmas song do you loathe?

"Last Christmas I gave you my heart, and the very next thing you gave it away..."  Or something like that.  LOL  I think it's Wham and it's super annoying!

2. Do you and your significant other cuddle at night or sleep on opposite sides of the bed?
If you all must know, we start off cuddling and then once toasty warm, we turn our separate ways.  In the cuddle mode, I prefer touching his legs with my freezing cold feet until they are approximately 130 degrees.  At which, I promptly remove them and snuggle in. 

Phew, you all are going to sleep much better knowing that tidbit of information, aren't you?

3. Have you ever had surgery?
I have. 

*4 years old, I had a tooth pulled.  My dad knocked it out with a hammer on accident.
*15 years old, I had orthoscopic knee surgery.  I had some miniscus cartlidge removed.  They also discovered I had no ACL. (downhill skiing accident)
*21 years old, all four wisdom teeth were pulled.
*28 years old, I had a DNC. We went in for an ultrasound and no heartbeat was found on our sweet, Joey.  We opted for a DNC.
*33 years old, I had a second knee surgery.  This time, they went in and did a bone to bone ligament reconstruction. 

I think that covers my medical history of OR.  Actually, I'm thankful for this question because now I have it all documented somewhere.  Thanks.

4. When do you typically have your holiday shopping done?
The day after Thanksgiving.  I pick up a few things here and there all year long.  There are odds and ends I think of after Black Friday, but for the most part, I'm a Black Friday girl!  Actually, Aaron joins in the fun.  He usually finds something to sleep outside the night before for.  He gets a kick out of it, I guess.  I like to go after I get off work at midnight on Thanksgiving (I work every one).  I thoroughly enjoy the crowds and the awesome deals!

5. If money were not an issue (and you HAD to pick something), what would your ultimate luxury item be?
A maid.  I enjoy cleaning and organizing, but if someone could dust, do dishes, and laundry, I'd appreciate it.  Daily massages would be nice too.  A Lincoln MKX would suit me.  A two story house with a huge front porch and an underground maintance free pool would be nice as well. 

A girl can dream!
