Day 26 – LOVE IS RESPONSIBLE

When you judge another, you condemn yourself, since you, the judge, do the same things. – Romans 2:1 HCSB

TODAY’S DARE – DAY 26

TAKE TIME TO PRAY THROUGH YOUR AREAS OF WRONG DOING . ASK FOR GOD’S FORGIVENESS, THEN HUMBLE YOURSELF ENOUGH TO ADMIT THEM TO YOUR SPOUSE. DO IT SINCERELY AND TRUTHFULLY. ASK YOUR SPOUSE FOR FORGIVENESS AS WELL. NO MATTER HOW THEY RESPOND, MAKE SURE YOU COVER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IN LOVE. EVEN IF THEY RESPONS WITH CRITICISM, ACCEPT IT BY RECEIVING IT AS COUNSEL.

Thank the Lord!  I am getting much better at admitting my wrongs.  I am getting to the point, I can stop a wrong from happening!  This means, I am learning to shut my mouth! 

Recently, I did not shut my mouth.  I pointed out Aaron's fault.  I just now texted him and asked him to forgive me.  He didn't see my wrong.  I told him again what I felt I did to wrong him and he accepted my apology.  When he arrives home today, we can start our evening with nothing but love in our hearts for one another.  That, my friends, is so freeing!
