Day 23 – LOVE ALWAYS PROTECTS

TODAY’S DARE – DAY 23

REMOVE ANYTHING THAT IS HINDERING YOUR RELATIONSHIPS, ANY ADDICTION OR INFLUENCE THAT’S STEALING YOUR AFFECTIONS AND TURNING YOUR HEART AWAY FROM YOUR SPOUSE.

I think the biggest robber in our marriage is electricity!  It doesn't turn me or my heart away from Aaron, but it does rob us of precious time together.  Especially in the form of the computer.  I enjoy blogging and reading blogs.  I enjoy Facebook and seeing what my family and friends are up to.  I find it relaxing to sit and Tweet.  Aaron has school work to do on the computer.  He also enjoys Facebook and Twitter.  Aaron looks forward to some alone time to watch wrestling streaming online.  In small doses, none of this is bad.  However, it is an area we are constantly keeping in check (and it's not easy). 

Lord, help us to continuing putting one another first.  Help us to keep our internet use and tv time in check.  We do not have the strength to work on our marriage alone, we need you.  We need your wisdom, strength, love, compassion, and grace.  Amen.
