Five Question Friday
I like to head over to Mama M's once in a while and see what questions she has for Five Question Friday. You too can join in the fun!
1. Do you feel guilty spending money on yourself?
Absolutely! Why is this? I can spend any amount of money on my kids and I don't blink an eye. Puzzles me.
2. How well do you know your neighbors?
The man next door...I know his name, his occupation, I've met his family, he borrows is stuff, he likes antiques, we shared a pizza and some beer, he gives us fire wood, he widdles stuff from wood, he's caring, he's helpful, he's kind, and we invited him to our bon fire.
The people across the street...They have grandchildren who my kids love to play with, I know their occupations, they are kind, helpful, and we invited them to our bonfire.
Most of our neighbors have lived here for 20+ years. So, we are the newbies. Nice neighbors though!
3. What age are you looking forward to being?
I'm kind of liking where I'm at. I do look forward to about 40. Hopefully, Aaron will be settled into a career and the kids will be settled into school. Perhaps a bit of Harley riding too???
4. Do you get excited when the mail comes? Why?
I kind of do. I like getting the bills and crunching the numbers to pay 'em. I also like seeing what movie has come from Netflix. I'm still waiting for the random check for $1,000,000.00 too, so that always makes it a little more exciting!
5. What is your earliest childhood memory?
Hmmm...not really sure. I do remember preschool, so I must have been 4. I had a brown courdroy jumper I wore. Not all that exciting, but it's a memory. I wonder if some of the earliest memories we have are do to pictures we've seen rather than an actual memory? Any thoughts?
