Five Q Friday
Fall is upon us. Well, fall weather is. School is. Fall soccer is. Fall cleaning is (at my house anyway). I think I did one 5QF all summer?! Since fall is upon us...er...summer is still here, I thought I should join in the fun. If you'd like to participate, head on over to Mama M's and join in!
1. What do you do when you have time to yourself?
Time to myself....what in the world is that????
Oh, do you mean the 20 minute drive to work? Oh that time, yes, I chat with my friend Sarah on the cell or listen to KS95 or KTIS.
Oh, that doesn't count? Then, you must mean after they're in bed at night. I hang out with Aaron...er that's not alone time.
Alone time? If and when I get some, I'd like to blog, read, scrapbook, shop, or sleep with a little Facebook thrown in.
2. When you look out your kitchen window, what do you see?
Most of the time, Allie's out playing in the kiddie pool. Although, fall is upon us...er...the weather is, so today, I see my deck, an awesome lawn (Aaron worked hard on it this summer), a fire pit, the neighbor's fence, another neighbor's yard, and trees.
3. Who/What would you want to be reincarnated as?
I wouldn't want to be reincarnated. I'd rather enjoy my time with Jesus and meeting my baby boy.
4. What is your biggest pet peeve about other people's kids?
When they are not disciplined! You don't need to spank (although there are times this is needed). A simple time out, toy taken away, privlidge lost, works just fine. Sometimes, pulling them aside and stearnly talking to them works too! Whatever you choose, please follow through!
5. Regular or Diet soda?
Diet or none. Thanks.
