From my Kitchen to Yours...

With the diet at hand, I have tweeked a couple recipes to allow for a nice snack once in a while.  I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

Chex Bars
4 Cups Check Cereal
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup peanutbutter

Melt Sugar, Peanutbutter, and Corn Syrup in a sauce pan.  Add Cereal and Mix.  Pat out on a 13X9 inch greased pan and let cool for an hour.  34 pts in the entire recipe.

Chocolate Pudding
(Found at Kraftfoods.com)
1 1/2 Cup fat free milk
2 squares of semi sweet Bakers chocolate
1 2.1 oz pkg of fat free sugar free chocolate pudding
1 1/2 Cup of fat free cool whip

Melt chocolate squares in 1 cup milk using the microwave.  Whip in remaining ingredients for 2 minutes.  Set in fridge for an hour and serve with a dab of cool whip.  3 points in each serving.

How many points do you get in a day? Do you know how many calories that is? Just curious. Wondering how many calories would be in the whole pan of bars?
