Muscle Monday....Updated!

Starting weight: 292
Current weight: 285
This weeks weight loss: 1 lb
Total weight loss: 7 lbs

I am writing a quickie tonight.  I ran out of time today.  We worked out this morning and then off to work.  Work was super busy.  I'll update this post tomorrow, but wanted to get my weight loss out there.

UPDATED:
What went right:
I hit the gym for 45 min. cardio FIVE times this week!  I'm so proud of myself.  I've NEVER gone to the gym AND worked out that hard!  I feel great!  I passed up sweets at work again.  Ok, I took ONE bite, but it didn't even taste good.  I lost a pound and that is awesome!  My trainer said .5 lb a week is good, so I'll take a pound as GREAT!

What didn't work so well:
I had pizza with the girls on Tuesday.  I didn't eat near what I would have in the past, but clearly ate more than my Points allowed.  I had dessert at my mom's Sunday for our Easter with them.  I couldn't help it.  She made the oooiest gooiest brownies and the "perfect" Peach Torte.  I couldn't pass it up.  The good news is I only had a half piece of each and no seconds on anything!  I did not drink enough water this week.

**Not a bad week.  Even my hiccups weren't huge.  AND I lost a pound more that Aaron!  Shhh...don't tell him I'm gloating.  I'm just a tad competetive.

**This week, I will not go to the gym till Thursday after I go to the Running Room and get fitted for new sneakers.  My shins kill on the mill.  I'll still get my 5 days in (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).  It will be a great week!

***I should add...
Cholesterol is 207, should be <200
Glucose is 102, should be <99
**not bad numbers, but I can't wait to see what they are in a year!

How did you do this week?

You're doing such a great job! A slip here and there isn't going to kill a diet/weight loss program, and it can actually help make it work - if you allow yourself a little bit, it can keep you from going wild and falling off the wagon altogether.

Your cholesterol and glucose look great, too. If they're at that level now, then they're going to be awesome in a year! :)
