Muscle Monday
I am about to go completely Biggest Loser on you all. I won't have pictures of my flab hanging out, that's just gross. I will get "naked" though. That's right, I'm about to share all! Honestly. I'm going to tell you my all time highest weight of where I started (quite embarrassing, but if I post it I will likely not see that number again in my lifetime). Are you ready for the stats?
Starting weight: 292 lbs
Current weight: 286 lbs
Total loss: 6 lbs
What went right this week:
*I skipped the opportunity to have Cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory
*I made it to the gym 3x
-5 minutes on the eliptical
-25-30 minutes of walking at 3 mph
*I cut a sliver of Cold Stone cake at work (always tempting treats around) and didn't find it all that appealing and threw it away! That is amazing!
*I wrote down everything that entered my mouth
What went wrong this week:
*I devoured a bottle of wine over the course of the weekend (not all at once, I'm not a lush).
I feel accomplished this week. I'm excited to see how much I lose next week.
