Five Question Friday!
Really??? It's Friday, the 16th of April, already??? I seriously have been working entirely too much (including as we speak I type). Just ask my baby girl. Last night while putting her to bed our conversation went something like this...
Allie, "mama, please lay here with me, I have bad dreams."
Mama, "it's ok, Jesus is here."
Allie, "Do I go to grandma's tomorrow?"
Mama, "yes."
Allie, "why, you haveta work?"
Mama, "yes."
Allie, "I don't want you to work tomorrow." Tears flowing.
Mama, "Allie, I need to. Please don't cry, you make mama sad."
Allie, "Well, you make me sad when you work."
Oh baby girl how it breaks my heart to leave you as much as I have lately. I promise the end of the month when mama has the WHOLE week off, we will do lots of fun stuff together. Maybe even a sleepover in the living room JUST the two of us!

With my friend, who I miss dearly (we really need a GNO!), Mama M! She is an amazing nurse, mama, and friend with an amazing blog! Hop on over and join the fun!
Now....MY ANSWERS...
1. What words do you use on your blog/online that you don't use in real life?
Hmmm...I'm stumped. I don't think there are any? Abbreviations, yes. Words, Nope, I use the same lingo wherever I go.
2. Do you still write checks?
I do. Is that bad? Am I old school? Let's see what do I use them for...
Jonathan's school
Rent (although now I use my online banking for that)
Work stuff (like group gifts)
The store if there is no $ and payday is the next day (yep, paycheck to paycheck at our house)
Paying a friend for something
WOW! I guess I use them quite a bit. I do NOT use credit cards though! How 'bout you?
3. Who was your favorite President and why?
Don't really have one. Should I? I'll go with JFK. I think he has had the most impact on people (mostly cause he was assassined). I do think he'd be a Republican if he was around today. Just sayin'. I'm not the political one. Aaron keeps me up to date on most issues. I am a government stay out of my life kinda girl though. Oh, I'm sorry, you didn't ask my opinion on government just presidents. Er, actually, you asked my fav pres, so I won't tell you my opinion on the actual presidents themselves. Ok, I'm a bit more political than I thought. I'm done now.
4. Are you a yeller?
YES! Can I change that, PLEASE!!!! I hate it. I come from a yeller home and I HATE it! So does Aaron. It's icky and takes hard work to NOT YELL!
5. Have you ever dumpster dived?
YEP! Actually, Sarah does. She's given us lots of goodies! Area rug, baby bed for Allie's babies, mirrors. I think Aaron's pulled some stuff out a time or two as well. So, ME, no. BUT, I will take anything of use others have dove for!

I love your president comment! I, too, think I'm way more political than I think! And, I almost chose JFK, but just 'cuz he's so dang handsome! ;)
