Stats
I was reading in Parade or whatever the paper within the Sunday paper is and learned a few things.
Here are some stats regarding people who have succeded in weight loss.
*78% eat breakfast (real breakfast...eggs, toast, fruit)
*62% watch < 10 hours of TV/week
*90% exercise 1 hour/day
*75% weigh in at least once/week (you know, hit the scale)
Here are some of my stats.
*Breakfast, must mean the frozen pizza I manage to wolf down around noon!
*TV, isn't that what being a mom is all about? Bon bons and Soaps!
*Exercise, oh that's what I do when I get up to grab a bag of chips!
*Weigh in, oh I weigh in on all kinds of issues, dang democrats!
So, you see, I'm well on my weigh to being a successful weight loser!

An HOUR a day!? ugh, I'm not there yet. :) Totally agree on the breakfast thing...although frozen pizza is the best thing in the entire world! Too bad I live with my husband and we haven't had leftover pizza in about, 3 years. :)
I hear ya on not eating breakfast until noon....that's totally me.
