Help with Weight Loss
I am striving everyday to make changes to aid in my weight loss. Granted, I have not seen any results as of yet, but I am making the effort.
Here is an exercise I plan to try starting Monday!
*Write down EVERYTHING you put in your mouth and what time you do it for 4 days.
*After the 4 day period, analyze your intake.
**Put an X between every period you went >4 hours between eating
**Highlight fruits and veggies
**Circle HIGH calorie items
**Write down how you feel about eating those HIGH calories (AKA the guilt)
*On day 5...
**Replace X's w/150 calorie snacks
**Try increasing the amount of fruits and veggies each day!
**NO late night snacking!
*KEEP logging...
**I do know for myself, if I write it down and look at the calories and what I'm eating each day, I tend to eat less the next! At the very least, I make healthier choices the next day! Let me know how your challenge goes!
