Fifty good things!
My therapist asks every session, "what went good this week?" So to go with that and my fiftieth post I thought I would tell you all fifty good things that have happened lately in my Kingdom.
1. My good friend, Sarah, told me to start blogging
2. My life has turned around 360 degrees!
3. My marriage is the best it's ever been
4. My finances are in order
5. My dream of a single family home will come true soon
6. I got to go on a vacation ALONE, ok Allie was with
7. My hubby has a steady, GREAT job
8. I am hitting the gym and taking care of ME
9. I am learning to put ME first
10. I had the best Christmas ever, thanks to wonderful friends
11. I am learning to lean on God
12. I am letting go of the control
13. My hubby brought me DQ tonight
14. My son is doing great in school
15. My daughter is doing great at home. LOL
16. My job is awesome, even if I don't get a raise this year
17. My dream of bringing my family to Disney World will come true
18. My husband is doing well in school
19. I am doing well at taking care of things at home
20. My son and daughter emptied the dishwasher tonight (it's their "job")
21. I am doing well at parenting without spanking (today was a rough day)
22. My hubby has worked really hard to show his love for me
23. I am working really hard to respect my hubby
24. I am loving my mom's group
25. I am loving the time I have with friends and family
26. I am discovering how hard it can be to focus on the good things!
27. My house is clean
28. My 6Th load of laundry is in the washer and I'm half way done
29. My children are asleep
30. I am dreaming of the day Allie stays in her own bed all night
31. I know my kids are in for a rude awakening, ok Allie is, when we move
32. I know she will be sleeping through the night by August, she doesn't
33. I know my biggest struggle is Allie's midnight arrival in my bed
34. I know my biggest accomplishment is saving money at the stores!
35. I know Jonathan is a great kid!
36. I know I would have better weight loss if the candy was all gone!
37. I know The Twins are doing pretty good this year!
38. I look forward to decorating a new place
39. I can't wait to decorate my little girl's room!
40. I have veered from the "good things lately "
41. I think it's time for 9 things you may not know about me!
42. I had a tooth knocked out with a hammer
43. I love driving a stick shift, but don't currently own one
44. I have had two knee surgeries on the same knee
45. I have family or friends in nearly every state
46. I have been to all but 14 states
47. I have been to 3 countries besides the US
48. I love to play games and am very competitive
49. I have my parents first coffee table and refinished it (It's beautiful!)
