I met with a personal trainer on Friday and learned a lot...

2. What it takes to lose the weight...
Cardio- 5-6 times a week, start at 3 and work your way up
Strength- 2-3 times a week
Flexibility- comes with stretching before and after exercise
3. Food Intake
50-55% Carbs
25-30% Protien
20-25% Fat

1lb fat burns 2cal/day
1lb muscle burns 25-90cal/day
Avg weight loss should be 1/2-2lbs per week
